Pharmacological composition: Hemosiderin Tablets are composed of total saponins of Panax ginseng. Tongxaiwei Tablet is composed of Angelica sinensis, Radix Codonopsis pilosulae, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Dendrobium officinale, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Radix Astragali, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng. 2. Application of drugs: (1) Blood Sedative Tablets can open the veins and activate the blood circulation, activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis. It is used for cerebral stasis, hemiplegia of stroke, cardiac stasis (heart veins and channels are blocked by blood stasis), chest paralysis (chest pain), heart pain; sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, angina pectoris of coronary heart disease belonging to the above symptoms. Individual patients may develop drug rash and allergic purpura after taking Blood Sedative Tablets, contraindications are not clear, pregnant women should be used with caution. (2) Tongxetong Tablet can activate blood circulation, benefit qi and nourish yin (replenish qi and nourish yin). It is used for the toxic heat evidence of thrombophilic vasculitis; it is also used for the evidence of qi deficiency and blood stasis during the period of meridian recovery in ischemic stroke, which is manifested as decreased or lost sensation of the limbs, paraplegia, hemiplegia (one side of the limbs can not be moved at will), lopsidedness of the mouth and eyes, and unfavorable speech. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Thrombus Vasculitis Tablets are not clear. Precautions are that thrombophlebitis belongs to the yin and cold evidence should be used with caution.
