How to exercise if your back flashes

Flashback usually refers to acute lumbar sprain. Patients should be stabilized, no longer in pain after the exercise, common exercise methods include flying swallow exercise, hip bridge exercise, flat support and so on.
1. Flying Swallow Exercise: patients take the prone position, head, both upper limbs, lower limbs backward, with the abdomen as the focus point, contact with the bed or cushion area is as small as possible, the posture is swallow-like. Each group of 20 times, hold 5 ~ 10 seconds, 2 ~ 3 times a day.
2. Hip bridge exercise: the patient takes the prone position, legs flexed slightly wider than the shoulders, use the upper back, feet 3 points to support the body, slowly raise the hips to the thighs and torso straight. Each group of 20 times, 2~3 groups per day.
3. Plate support: Early on, you can start with kneeling plate support and gradually transition to plate support. The patient takes the lying position, bends the elbow, supports the ground with the small arm and the forefoot, the body leaves the ground, and the ear, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle are in a straight line to keep balance.
