Acute infarction high blood sugar is generally common acute infarction caused by stress hyperglycemia, acute infarction combined with diabetes mellitus poor glycemic control, the treatment includes acute implantation of cardiac stents, thrombolytic therapy, stabilization of aspirin, atorvastatin and other medications, adjusting glucose-lowering drugs or injections of insulin and other control of blood glucose, specific as follows:
1. Stress hyperglycemia due to acute infarction: the patient has no diabetes in the past, and the body is under the effect of strong stimulating factors such as high fever, acute infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc., and the phenomenon of stress glucose elevation occurs. The treatment mainly includes two aspects, as follows:
(1) Treatment for heart attack: generally surgical treatment such as implantation of stent or thrombolytic treatment is needed in acute stage, and medication such as aspirin and atorvastatin can be taken in stable stage.
(2) Treatment for high blood glucose: once the acute stress stage is over, blood glucose will generally return to normal, and generally do not need special treatment, blood glucose is more reasonable at 8~10mmol/L. If it is higher than 11.1mmol/L twice, insulin treatment can be chosen temporarily.
2. Acute infarction combined with diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control: the patient himself suffers from diabetes mellitus, acute infarction, and poor glycemic control, this situation generally need to implantation of stents and other surgical treatments, thrombolysis, stabilization of aspirin, atorvastatin and other medications, but also need to be adjusted under the guidance of the doctor, such as metformin and other hypoglycemic drugs or injectable insulin, to control the blood glucose.
If the patient has an acute heart attack with high blood sugar, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for active treatment.
