Pelvic Fracture Rehabilitation

Pelvic fracture can be performed in supine position for muscle training as well as ankle pump training. 1. Muscle training: mainly the training of the posterior thigh muscles and pelvic floor muscles, the rehabilitation training of pelvic floor muscles can be controlled by controlling the hips, contraction and diastole of gluteal muscles; the posterior thigh muscles can be exercised by lying on the back and raising the hips to make the torso keep the same level. 2. Ankle pump training: mainly repeated flexion and extension of the ankle joint, which can strengthen the quadriceps muscle exercise, and need to be carried out under the premise of not increasing the patient’s pain, and try to avoid muscle atrophy while promoting blood circulation. If the pelvis is fractured, it should be treated under the guidance of the doctor and rehabilitation training should be carried out at the appropriate time under the doctor’s advice.
