Rhabdomyosarcoma is a benign tumor composed of mature rhabdomyosarcoma cells with clear boundaries, which can be classified into adult, fetal, genital tract and cardiac rhabdomyosarcoma. Genital tract rhabdomyomas can be located in the testicular sheaths, epididymis and prostate in men, and are slow-growing, polypoid or cystic, and can manifest as a mass in the epididymis. Therefore, if a lump appears in the epididymis, relevant examinations need to be done to identify the specific cause of the disease and then give appropriate treatment.
