How to deal with pimples with hard lumps

Pimples with hard bumps may be folliculitis, pustular acne, sebaceous cysts, etc. They can be dealt with through the use of medication (rosmarinic acid capsules, etc.) and surgical treatment. 1. Folliculitis: Folliculitis will appear as a reddish bump with a white pus spot at the top of the bump, which is painful and has hairs running through the center. Antibiotics such as ichthyol ointment and erythromycin ointment can be applied. 2. Pustular acne: manifested as red nodules or pustules, with pain, local soft tissue infection symptoms are more serious, can apply retinoic acid cream, benzoyl peroxide gel, etc., oral viamin, isotretinoin, roxithromycin capsules and other drugs. In severe cases, surgery should also be carried out to incise and drain the pustules. 3. Sebaceous cysts: These are benign swellings caused by the blockage of sebaceous gland outlets, resulting in secretions that can’t be discharged, with obvious redness, swelling, heat and pain associated with infection. Treatment requires surgical removal of the cyst. Patients need to go to the dermatology department of regular hospitals, strictly follow the doctor’s instructions to carry out the appropriate treatment, do not self-medication.
