When smoking excessively, it may also cause emphysema, lung cancer and cardiovascular diseases, so excessive smoking should be avoided in daily life. Smoking may affect wound healing, and patients are advised to minimize the number of cigarettes smoked during the process of wound healing, and also eat more foods rich in vitamins and proteins, which are conducive to wound healing.
