Long-term headache needs to be examined, generally including physical examination, laboratory examination and imaging examination.
1. Physical examination: routine examination, such as blood pressure, intraocular pressure, visual acuity and funduscopic examination; neurological examination, such as the presence of abnormal muscle tone, muscle strength and muscle reflexes; and other examinations, such as the presence of head pressure, temporal arterial pressure, and the presence of neuralgia.
2. Laboratory examination: cerebrospinal examination, which is important for the diagnosis of intracranial inflammation or subarachnoid hemorrhage; electrolyte, blood biochemistry and cytology examination, which can be used to understand the relationship between the blood cells and biochemical changes and headache.
3. Imaging examination: cranial CT examination and cranial MRI examination are important for the diagnosis of vascular lesions and occupying lesions; other examinations, such as electroencephalography, cerebral angiography and radionuclide brain scanning.
In addition, it is not ruled out that other tests may be needed, so it is recommended that patients should go to regular hospitals and be instructed by specialists to complete the relevant tests.
