There is no particularly good solution to the problem of cavity impaction after wisdom teeth extraction, and it can only be solved by rinsing the mouth after meals. Generally about a month of soft tissue healing, embedded problem will be slowly solved. Clinically, there will be deep wounds after wisdom teeth extraction, for deep and large wounds after extraction, generally will be sutured, about a week or so to remove the stitches.
