High ALT may be caused by physiological factors (staying up late, overwork, etc.) and pathological factors (liver disease, gallbladder disease, etc.). 1. Physiological factors: prolonged late night, insufficient sleep, overwork, or strenuous exercise, alcohol consumption, resulting in a transient high ALT, usually no special treatment is needed, remove these triggers, usually can gradually return to normal. 2. Pathologic factors: (1) Liver disease: for example, alcoholic liver disease, viral hepatitis, fatty liver disease and other liver diseases lead to liver function damage and cause high ghrelin. (2) Gallbladder diseases: for example, cholelithiasis, in the acute attack period, it will cause high ghrelin, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, fever and other symptoms. There may be other reasons for high ALT, so it is recommended to consult a doctor to find out the cause of the disease and treat it as soon as possible.
