Nasal spray medications for allergic rhinitis commonly include glucocorticoids, antihistamines, mast cell membrane stabilizers, decongestants, etc.
1. Glucocorticosteroids: they are the first-line drugs for allergic rhinitis, such as the first-generation nasal sprays of budesonide, trimethoprim, beclomethasone and so on, including the second-generation nasal sprays of mometasone furoate, fluticasone propionate, etc. These drugs are preferred for moderate-to-severe persistent allergic rhinitis. These medications may be preferred for moderate-to-severe persistent allergic rhinitis. Common adverse reactions include nasal burning sensation, rhinorrhea and pharyngitis.
2. Antihistamines: such as azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray, to improve the runny nose, sneezing and other uncomfortable symptoms better. 3. Mast cell stabilizers: such as cromoglycol naphthyl sodium min nasal spray, for patients with mild symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
4. Decongestant: such as furosemide nasal drops, for those with severe nasal congestion, not more than one week, so as not to aggravate the discomfort of rhinitis.
