The whole procedure of circumcision anastomosis

Circumcision anastomosis is usually a male circumcision surgery, and its full procedure includes local anesthesia, marking the incision line, fixing the anastomosis, and pressing the anastomosis.
1. Local anesthesia: local anesthetic is injected into the root of the penis to complete local anesthesia. If the patient is young and hyperactive, general anesthesia should be performed.
2. Marking the incision line: Lift up the foreskin, check the length of the foreskin in the non-erectile state, calculate the length of the foreskin to be removed, and mark the line.
3. Secure the anastomosis: Open the circumcision suture device. The circumcision anastomosis is a two-piece device that includes an internal and an external part, and the internal part needs to be placed on the glans foreskin and affixed to the marking line in order to be cut off.
4. Pressing the anastomosis: Press the anastomosis to complete the cutting of the foreskin, press for about 1 minute, release the circumcision anastomosis, check that there is no blood seepage, and complete the procedure.
Although the operation is relatively simple, it is strictly forbidden to operate on your own.
If any discomfort occurs after the operation, please consult the hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition.
