  The application of tricolor food: The so-called tricolor food is to divide the nutrients into red, yellow and green, which are red food, yellow food and green food. This kind of food is characterized by increasing the intake of protein and reducing the intake of cereals, thus improving our diet.  (1) Red foods: beef, beef liver, pork, chicken, eggs, milk, fish, shrimp and shellfish, skim milk powder, soy products, beans, etc. Such foods are rich in protein (animal and vegetable proteins) fat, vitamin B, and calcium. Protein cannot be transformed from other nutrients. Sugars, i.e. carbohydrates and proteins, enter the body and become blood and muscle. Carbohydrates are the elements that make up the cells, and if the supply of carbohydrates is insufficient, it will lead to a lack of calories.  (3) green food: spinach, carrots, peppers, onions, cucumbers, cabbage, radishes, apples, oranges, tomatoes, mushrooms, purple cabbage, etc.. These foods mainly include vitamins, calcium, iodine and other minerals, etc., which are food groups with the function of regulating the body. Although vitamins are not the main nutrients, if they are lacking, the body’s functions will be impaired, which can lead to various illnesses.  Contraindicated foods for hypertension: (1) control salt: limit salt 6g/day, if you can effectively limit the intake of sodium salt, can reduce blood pressure 20-30mmHg, has a positive significance in the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Patients with hypertension must avoid foods high in sodium and salt, such as: salted crab, salted fish, salted meat, salted eggs, salted vegetables and other salt foods.  (2) Avoid high-calorie food: pork, cream, butter, whole milk, chocolate, ice cream, cheese, fried products, electric roast chicken and duck.  (3) avoid smoking: nicotine in cigarettes, can stimulate the heart, speed up the heartbeat, and make the adrenal glands increase the release of catecholamines, thus causing the constriction of the blood vessels throughout the body, blood pressure rise. In addition, nicotine also prompted calcium, salt, cholesterol and other substances deposited on the walls of the blood vessels, accelerating atherosclerosis.  (4) avoid alcoholism: a small amount of alcohol (such as red wine, old wine) has the role of vasodilatation, blood circulation, eliminate fatigue. If long-term consumption of high alcohol, it will damage the arterial wall, accelerating atherosclerosis, in addition to high alcohol is a high-calorie food, long-term drinking increases obesity.  (5) avoid strong tea: high theophylline content in strong tea, can make the brain excitement, insomnia, palpitations, thus raising blood pressure, it is appropriate to drink light green tea.
