What’s wrong with your left shoulder?

Left shoulder pain may be caused by left frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, myocardial infarction, trauma or soft tissue strain.
1. Left frozen shoulder: due to the inflammation of synovial membrane and ligament of the left periapical region, the aseptic inflammation stimulates the synovial tissue of the left shoulder joint to cause the soreness of the left shoulder joint.
2. Cervical spondylosis: because the cervical spine disc herniation compresses the left cervical nerve, it will cause pain in the area innervated by the compressed nerve and lead to left shoulder pain.
3. Myocardial infarction: when patients have myocardial infarction, it is often manifested as squeezing pain in the precordial region, which can radiate to the left shoulder and the left upper limb.
4. Trauma: sports or work is caused by trauma after an accidental fall, this situation can pull and tear the left shoulder joint muscles and soft tissues, resulting in left shoulder pain.
There are many other reasons for left shoulder pain, such as left shoulder strain, visceral disease involving pain, left lung tumor, left breast cancer, etc. Patients should go to the hospital in time to determine the cause of the condition under the doctor’s diagnosis, and take the appropriate treatment according to the different situations for treatment.
