What are the symptoms of dampness in the spleen and stomach?

Patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold (spleen and stomach weakness and cold) dampness may experience stomach pain, body weakness, cold limbs, and limb sleepiness (weakness and heaviness of the limbs). Patients with spleen and stomach weakness and cold dampness may have occasional stomach pain, which is aggravated by an empty stomach or coldness; they are also prone to white tongue color, loss of appetite, lack of energy, body weakness, cold limbs, and loose stools. You can also eat more yam, white lentils and other medicinal foods, which can help dispel dampness.
