Other: patients with idiopathic inflammatory diseases have more serious lung involvement, especially interstitial pneumonia, intercostal muscle or diaphragm involvement can lead to respiratory distress, lung lesions, life-threatening; if the heart is involved in the patient, it can also cause arrhythmia, congestive heart failure.
