What to drink for kidney yin deficiency

Kidney yin deficiency can be treated with medicines such as Six-flavored Di Huang Pills, Zuo Jin Pills, and Da Tonic Yin Pills, etc. Kidney yin deficiency mainly manifests itself in the form of lumbar and knee soreness (a feeling of soreness and weakness of waist and knees), Wuxingxiahe (warmth of the two palms and the two hearts of the two feet, and self-consciousness of the heart and chest being irritated and hot), and Night Sweating (abnormal sweating after falling asleep, and stopping of sweating after waking up) and other disorders.
1. Six-flavored Di Huang Pill: It is composed of Chinese yam, moutanpi, zedoary, cornelian cherry, poria, and ripened dihuang, which has the effect of nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney, and can be used for treating kidney yin deficiency syndrome.
