Since patients with myocardial infarction will have radiating pain in the back, at this time, we should be alert to whether other criminals blood vessels or thrombosis in the stent leads to acute myocardial infarction. Electrocardiogram should be performed immediately to observe the dynamic change of ST segment and compare it with the electrocardiogram before back pain; test whether myocardial injury markers CK-MB, troponin, etc. are elevated; observe whether the patient has any other symptoms such as chest pain and the duration of pain besides back pain, and make a comprehensive judgment to determine whether it is acute myocardial infarction or not. On the basis of exclusion of acute myocardial infarction, it is necessary to exclude other emergencies such as aortic coarctation and pulmonary embolism. If back pain occurs after stent placement, it is recommended to go to the hospital for timely treatment.
