The results of the color ultrasound and the enhanced CT should be based on the enhanced CT results. Whether or not the occupying lesion in the tail of the pancreas is serious depends on the results of the examination. There are many kinds of pancreatic space-occupying lesions, such as its own density changes, inflammatory changes, pancreatic cystic disease, tumor lesions and so on. 1. Density change: under normal circumstances, the density of the pancreas should be uniform, but a very few patients may have increased density of the pancreas, which may be mistaken for occupational lesions and require differential diagnosis. 2. Inflammatory lesions: If the patient has acute or chronic pancreatitis, localized inflammatory lesions may occur, which may also be diagnosed as occupational. Symptoms of pancreatitis are mainly characterized by sudden epigastric pain with nausea and vomiting. 3. Pancreatic cystic diseases: such as pancreatic cysts formed after trauma, may also be diagnosed as pancreatic occupancy. Most patients do not have obvious symptoms, and a few patients may show abdominal pain, emaciation, jaundice and nausea, vomiting. 4. Tumorous lesions: mainly pancreatic cancer, which may also be diagnosed as occupying. Pancreatic cancer is more insidious and has no obvious symptoms in the early stage. There may be some interference factors under color ultrasound, if it is not found in enhanced CT, and the patient has no obvious discomfort, and there is no obvious abnormality in tumor marker and liver function, no special treatment can be given for the time being, and regular review can be done.
