Shoulder bone pain may be due to frozen shoulder and rotator cuff injury, shoulder tumor, cervical spondylosis and acromioclavicular joint dislocation trauma. 1. Shoulder disease: localized joint capsule or rotator cuff pain caused by frozen shoulder or rotator cuff injury, with deeper and obvious pain, is aseptic inflammation. The pain is deep and obvious, which is aseptic inflammation. It is manifested as shoulder bone pain. 2. Shoulder tumor: In rare cases, tumor in the shoulder may cause shoulder joint pain. If there is a malignant tumor in the bone, it may cause obvious bone pain, which is more rare. 3. Cervical spondylosis: If there is a herniated disc in the cervical spine, it may radiate to the neck, causing pain in the skin and deep parts of the neck, and sometimes it may be mistaken as shoulder bone pain. 4. Dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint: If the acromioclavicular joint in the shoulder becomes dislocated, symptoms of bone pain in the shoulder area may occur. Most patients will not have real bone pain, but localized pain caused by synovitis of the joint capsule of the localized shoulder or rotator cuff injury, cervical spondylosis, and so on. Bone pain in the shoulder area may also be due to shoulder joint pathology and shoulder joint effusion.
