Invasive breast cancer chemotherapy with carboplatin has some efficacy and is relatively good. However, the clinic is mainly dominated by anthracycline and paclitaxel chemotherapy drugs.
Carboplatin, as a broad-spectrum anti-tumor drug, is mainly used in the treatment of small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer and other cancers. The application of carboplatin in invasive breast cancer also has certain therapeutic effect, and the effect is relatively good. It is clinically found that invasive breast cancer is more sensitive to anthracycline drugs such as doxorubicin and epirubicin, and paclitaxel and docetaxel, so it is commonly used in the treatment of the above two types of drugs.
Meanwhile, cyclophosphamide, 5-fluorouracil, vincristine and other chemotherapeutic drugs also have certain therapeutic effects on invasive breast cancer, and patients can choose appropriate chemotherapeutic drugs and treatment plan according to their actual conditions and after evaluation by doctors. Carboplatin is contraindicated for people with obvious bone marrow suppression, allergy to platinum agents, pregnant women, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and other special groups.
It is recommended that patients with invasive breast cancer should follow the doctor’s instructions, and should not use drugs or prescriptions indiscriminately on their own.
