How many days of continuous use of celiac pessary

Usually, it takes about seven days of continuous use of the pessary for a course of treatment to achieve normal therapeutic results. Celiac pessary is a gynecological herbal preparation commonly used for the treatment of vaginitis, cervical inflammation or pelvic inflammatory disease. It has cervical repair, antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects. It is normal for patients to insert the pessary into the vagina at night before bedtime for 7 days for the drug to work completely and be most effective. The pessary should be removed within 12 hours after the medication is administered, and the pessary should be pulled out to allow the vaginal residue and secretions to be removed. However, it should be noted that during the treatment of inflammation with celiac plugs, it is important to prohibit sexual intercourse, pay attention to the cleanliness of the vulva, and the underwear must be washed and disinfected, preferably by scalding. In addition, patients should avoid eating cold, greasy, spicy and other stimulating foods during the medication period, and try not to take antibiotic drugs.
