Aunt medically known as menstruation, menstruation is brown may be physiological causes and pathological causes, pathological causes include polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothyroidism and so on.
1. Physiological reasons: It may be that the menstrual period has just come, the amount of menstrual flow is small, and it stays in the uterine cavity for a long time, which leads to the manifestation of brown color of menstrual blood. 2. Pathologic factors:

(2) Hypothyroidism: Patients with hypothyroidism can also have brown menstrual blood due to decreased menstrual flow and long retention time of menstrual blood.
There are many other reasons for brown menstrual blood. It is recommended that these patients go to a regular hospital and cooperate with the doctor to complete the relevant examinations, identify the causes and deal with them positively.
