What to do if you have too much feces

Too much feces may be related to excessive food intake, indigestion, enteritis and other diseases.
1. Excessive food intake: If you consume too much food on a daily basis, it will easily lead to an increase in the amount of stool and the frequency of bowel movements. Under normal circumstances, bowel movement should be 1~2 times a day. If it is more than 3 times or above, you need to compare the previous bowel movement with the recent diet to make a judgment.
2. Dyspepsia: Daily eating food that is not easy to digest or not clean and hygienic, or gastrointestinal dysfunction can cause dyspepsia, leading to bloating, diarrhea, and frequent feces, which can be adjusted by paying attention to dietary hygiene and eating food that is easy to digest, and not eating food that stimulates the intestines and stomach.
3. Enteritis: refers to acute or chronic inflammatory lesions of the mucosa of the intestinal wall, which can cause increased feces. Antibacterial treatment (antibacterial drugs are selected according to the results of bacterial drug sensitivity test) or symptomatic treatment (chlorpromazine can be applied, which has a sedative effect and inhibits the excessive secretion of intestinal mucosa) is recommended.
Patients with increased frequency of defecation are advised to adjust their diet and strengthen physical exercise in time. If the symptom of too much feces worsens or is accompanied by other discomforts, they should seek medical treatment without delay, so as not to delay their condition.
