6 weeks pregnant with abdominal pain and fresh blood

If a woman has abdominal pain and fresh blood at 6 weeks of pregnancy, the following possibilities should be considered: 1. Pre-eclampsia, often the bleeding is not much and the abdominal pain is not particularly serious. The ultrasound will reveal normal growth of the embryo in the uterine cavity, but there may be obvious dark areas of fluid around the gestational sac, which is caused by the accumulation of blood in the uterine cavity. 2. The ultrasound will reveal that there is no gestational sac in the uterine cavity and the hcg is significantly lower than before. 3. Consider that it may be a manifestation of ectopic pregnancy, in which the bleeding is not particularly heavy and the abdominal pain is not severe, but there is repeated irregular vaginal bleeding. Ultrasound examination will reveal that there is no gestational sac in the uterine cavity, but there is an abnormal mass outside the cavity.
