Stage IIa hepatocellular carcinoma is a kind of staging scheme CNLC of Chinese liver cancer, and its characteristics can be described from several aspects, such as physical activity status, liver tumor itself, liver function and metastasis.
1. Physical activity status: the score of physical activity status is 0~2, at this time, there is no difference between the activity ability and normal people, or there is a difference, but it is small and can be engaged in light physical labor.
2. Liver tumor itself: the number of tumors is mostly 2~3, and the diameter of the largest cancerous foci is more than 3cm.
3. Liver function: its liver function grading Child-Pugh is grade A or B.
4. Metastasis: no vascular thrombosis and extra-hepatic metastasis can be seen in the imaging examination of tumors of this stage.
Regardless of the stage of liver cancer, it needs to be treated actively.
