Radiotherapy may be effective in early stage of pancreatic cancer, but due to individual variability, the efficacy cannot be generalized. Radiotherapy is generally not used as the main treatment for early-stage patients, and surgery is preferred in early stage, which generally has better efficacy. Cardia cancer may be caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Helicobacter pylori infection, obesity, smoking, drugs, esophageal hiatal hernia and other factors. Usually, patients with early stage cardia cancer have no obvious symptoms, and some patients may have symptoms such as indigestion, fullness and discomfort. Generally speaking, patients with early stage of cardia cancer can control the development of the disease with better curative effect after radiation therapy. However, due to the different physique of patients, it is impossible to generalize whether receiving radiotherapy can control the development of the disease. For early stage pancreatic cancer patients who can undergo endoscopic treatment or surgery, endoscopic and surgical treatments should be taken in time, which can achieve complete resection or eradication of early stage lesions and improve the survival treatment, and endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic submucosal dissection, laparoscopic surgery and other therapeutic measures are commonly used. Once diagnosed with early pancreatic cancer, patients should take into account their own situation and actively cooperate with doctors to take relevant treatment measures.
