Please doctor help answer? Give me an impartial opinion, thank you doctor. Hospital: Hello, medical records have been read. In your case, you should consider two aspects. 1. If the diagnosis of endometrial cancer has been confirmed, whether to operate or conservative. The premise is whether the pathology is accurate. For patients who have been diagnosed with endometrial cancer, it is possible that the tumor may enter the abdominal cavity with the fallopian tube after hysteroscopic expansion again. However, MRI is needed to clarify the depth of tumor invasion into the myometrium. If the invasion is deeper, it is not advisable to be conservative and must be operated to avoid the progress of the disease. Of course, for early stage endometrial cancer, it is possible to take oral megestrol for conservative treatment. However, as you said, the risk of possible aggravation and the risk of not being able to conceive even after conservative treatment does exist, and we see more people in our specialized hospitals because of conservative failure and many people who later choose to go to specialized hospitals for treatment. It depends on your consideration. If you have a strong desire to have children and can tolerate the risk, you can only be treated conservatively by scraping the uterus every 3 months to see how the tumor is doing. If the tumor persists after 3 months, surgery will be performed. If you yourself are active in surgical removal, of course the doctor will not suggest you to be conservative because it is cancer after all. 2. The problem of complications. If surgery is needed, the problem of high blood sugar must be solved, otherwise the surgery is risky and the post-operative period is not conducive to recovery. If surgery is chosen, short-term application of insulin can be performed.
