Clinically, the vast majority of hepatitis B minor tri-positive carriers do not need treatment and only need to be reviewed every six months. However, treatment is required if the following four conditions occur: i. Anti-viral and liver-protective treatment is required when the liver function is abnormal on review. ii. Check liver elasticity transient measurement or liver biopsy with the result of severe liver fibrosis. Third, liver ultrasound, CT or MRI, the results of which reach cirrhosis. IV. Hepatitis B minor triple-positive carriers, age > 40 years old, with family history of liver cancer. There are six antiviral oral medications for antiviral treatment, as well as common interferon and long-acting interferon.
