Non-invasive treatment of uterine fibroids

High-intensity focused ultrasound technology, referred to in English as HIFU technology. It is the use of ultrasound with tissue penetration and energy deposition, focusing ultrasound on the target tissue, focusing the ultrasound occurring outside the body to the diseased tissue in the organism, and achieving the purpose of treating the disease through the 60-100°C high-temperature thermal pinning of the tumor tissue generated at the focal point. Chongqing Medical University summarized and exchanged the results of ten years of clinical application on behalf of the hospitals that pioneered the use of this technology, further proving that China is a world leader in the field of ultrasound non-invasive treatment. Ultrasound ablation technology in benign tumor treatment has now realized the treatment of uterine fibroids, adenomyosis and breast fibroids without anesthesia, without hospitalization, in a single visit and in tens of minutes, and is respected by experts from various countries as a new appropriate technology for gynecology. After the treatment, the clinical symptoms of patients improved significantly, and the lesions were gradually absorbed by normal tissues, and some patients with tumors who wish to have children have achieved normal fertility after the treatment. This non-invasive treatment is easily accepted by doctors and patients, and is characterized by minimizing the psychological and physical trauma caused by the treatment while preserving the structural and functional integrity of female sexual organs.
