What are the common causes of headaches, dizziness and insomnia?

Analysis of common causes of headache, dizziness and insomnia Headache, dizziness and sleep disorders are common unhealthy symptoms in modern society, which are related to society, diet, culture, epidemic diseases and so on. I have been working in neurology for nearly 20 years, from serious neurological diseases, such as stroke, epilepsy, motor neuron disease, to general diseases, such as insufficient blood supply to the basilar artery, headache disorders, sleep disorders, etc., from the formal treatment of Western medicine in foreign countries, to individualized treatment, as well as the whole process of acupuncture and massage in Chinese medicine, repeatedly, from theory to practice, from clinical to theory, imaging of Western medicine diagnosis diagnosis, EEG electromyography diagnosis, clinical localization diagnosis, pathology diagnosis, etc., from different perspectives to understand the disease, Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage with different methods to treat the disease, each has its advantages and disadvantages, each has its own strengths and weaknesses. During the long-term clinical treatment process, I have treated many patients, encountered many problems, and constantly went to Beijing to study and explore, so I was very busy and seldom could think about the problems quietly. In the past three years or so, because of my own poor health, I have had time to quietly think about the development of diseases and the laws of change from my own physical condition, from the etiology of Western medicine and from the theory of yin and yang and the five elements of Chinese medicine. Finally, I came to a conclusion that: from the perspective of Chinese medicine, most of the diseases are caused by external injury and cold and diet, “disease enters from the outside” and “disease enters from the mouth”; from the perspective of Western medicine, most of the diseases are caused by the repeated action of chronic inflammation, which is the Chronic inflammation is the triggering factor of most diseases. For example, cervical spondylosis can cause headache, dizziness and insomnia, and what western doctors find is a prolapsed cervical disc, which they think needs to be treated by cervical traction or surgery. And the disc has been prolapsed for a long time. At this point, if we look more closely, we will find that the seasons are different, the wind, cold and humidity are different, the patient’s neck muscles are swollen, the throat is congested and red, etc. The patient’s diet may have recently eaten a lot of chili peppers or recently had an upper respiratory tract infection, etc. Through these analyses, we will gradually find the treatment methods, which are not for disc lesions, but can cure the patient’s headache and dizziness and sleep disorder. The change of diet structure in the last 30 years, the physical quality of our population has changed qualitatively, the daily supplementation of fatty, sweet and thick tastes, resulting in more and more cases of phlegm gathering, heat and poison accumulation, ligament blockage, the increase of population movement, the change of weather, typhoid is becoming more and more complicated. Traditional Chinese medicine is facing new topics. But the current situation of Chinese medicine is worrying: the culture of Chinese medicine seems to be left with the culture of “tonic” and “secret recipe”, and most Chinese doctors are giving people “kidney tonic, qi tonic and blood tonic”, but not proper. The majority of them are no longer unable to fill their stomachs, but are “rich and greasy”. Most of them no longer have enough to fill their stomachs, but their stomachs are “rich and oily”, and they are already on fire, so they can’t take any more supplements. Most of the people and patients are looking for “secret recipes” everywhere, especially for exclusive recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation, and most of them can heal themselves from “facial paralysis”, but they apply “secret plasters”. The “secret recipe” is applied to local ulcers, which are not good for half a year, and is persistent and unrepentant. I don’t know how many small mountain villages suddenly appeared a “secret recipe”, the village people do not know that its people can cure. Then there is a steady stream of carts. Western medicine is more sophisticated and detailed in its understanding of disease, and the treatment plan is formulated in a strict and standardized manner. However, Western medicine in China has a fatal weakness, which is the lack of precise diagnosis. Most of the medical malpractice disputes are the result of unclear diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Local hospitals, in particular, rely on only one or two tests to set the diagnosis without ruling out the disease in question, leading to failed surgery or other treatments. There is a considerable lack of research on the etiology of diseases, and prevention of diseases is not given a high priority, resulting in a high incidence of diseases. And once acquired, many diseases are incurable, causing much burden to individuals and society. In the case of headache and dizziness and sleep disorders that I am currently treating, most of the patients are related to their physique and diet. Long-term consumption of fatty, sweet, thick and spicy products such as chili peppers leads to the accumulation of phlegm, accumulation of heat and toxicity, and obstruction of the ligaments and veins, which, together with external cold and injury, leads to many discomforts in the head. The development of modern imaging has helped doctors recognize more diseases, especially brain diseases, such as brain cysts, brain tumors, brain artery diseases, brain vein diseases, encephalitis, brain function diseases, etc. Diagnosis is necessary to figure out, diagnosis high unclear and treatment, often misdiagnosis and mistreatment, delaying the timing of treatment, but some diseases diagnosed after the treatment is often no good way. The dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine has many advantages. The current situation is that doctors who diagnose carefully and clearly in Western medicine often do not know Chinese medicine, and doctors who treat well with dialectical treatment in Chinese medicine do not know Western medicine diagnosis such as imaging. Therefore, what modern China needs is a doctor who has mastered both Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and there are very few such doctors. Some people used to call it “combination of Chinese and Western medicine”, but in fact, no combination of Chinese and Western medicine has been found yet, only one doctor has mastered both Chinese and Western medicine techniques. Because I have known this situation for a long time, I have been working hard for more than ten years to master certain techniques, so that I can “walk on two legs”, so that I can practice medicine in this part of China and feel very solid. Medication is only one aspect of the treatment, there is also an important aspect of bad habits to change, ban smoking and alcohol, avoid chili, eat more vegetables and fruits, pay attention to rest, etc., are very important prevention and treatment measures. The application of Western medicine is often painkillers, and relying on pain relief is not a cure for the disease and tends to cover up the symptoms. I rarely use painkillers in the treatment of such diseases, and only prescribe no more than 5 prescriptions of painkillers in a year. It is only through dialectical treatment with Chinese medicine and changes in bad habits that the disease can be completely cured.
