Huang Jing is usually decocted in a common amount of 10-15g. Huang Jing, has the effects of nourishing Yin and moisturizing the lungs (nourishing the lungs by replenishing the fluid in the lungs), tonifying the spleen, benefiting the vital energy, nourishing the kidney and filling up the essence.
