What’s wrong with a large right testicle and a vague swelling?

The right side of the testicle is large and vaguely swelling may be caused by physiological factors, may also be testicular syringomyelia, epididymitis and so on.
1. Physiological factors: under normal circumstances, the testicles on both sides of the male will not be exactly the same size, there will be a certain difference, plus if you stand for a long time or like to wear tight pants, the local long-term extrusion and stimulation may cause localized swelling, which may lead to the right side of the testicle is large and vaguely swollen, mostly physiological factors.
2. Testicular syringomyelia: due to excessive secretion or reduced absorption of intrinsic syringomyelia fluid, resulting in increased accumulation of fluid in the syringomyelia lumen, which increases continuously, and the scrotum on the affected side is in the form of ball shape, pear shape, etc., and the scrotum falls down and swells up when it is enlarged to a certain size, which may lead to the right testis being large and vaguely distended.
3. Epididymitis: the clinical manifestation is mild discomfort or swelling pain in the scrotum for a long time, which will improve after rest. The epididymis is limited thickening and enlargement, and the boundary with the testicle is clear, the spermatic cord and vas deferens can be thickened, and the prostate is hard, which may lead to the right testicle is big and also vaguely swollen.
There may be other causes of right testicular enlargement and swelling, if the symptoms do not improve, it is recommended to consult a doctor to find out the cause and treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
