Chronic gonorrhea refers to chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a tumor caused by the proliferation of mature B lymphocytes, characterized by the presence of large numbers of clonal B lymphocytes in lymphoid tissues (e.g., peripheral blood, bone marrow, spleen, and lymph nodes), which progresses relatively slowly. Stage C refers to the staging of chronic lymphocytic leukemia according to the Binet staging criteria, and is currently in stage C. There are three Binet stages, stage A, stage B, and stage C. The criteria for stage C are lymphocytosis in the blood and bone marrow, enlargement of lymphoid tissue in three or more areas, and symptoms of anemia or thrombocytopenia, with a median survival of two years. Stage C is more severe compared to Stages A and B. If you are in stage C of LGD, you should go to your local hospital immediately.
