Tofu-like discharge below

Tofu-like discharge below is usually referred to as abnormal vaginal discharge and is mainly considered when the patient has mycosis fungoides. Mycosis vaginalis is a common gynecological disease caused by vaginal infection with Candida albicans, resulting in an imbalance of the flora in the vagina. There are many causative factors leading to mycosis vaginitis, such as decreased human resistance, poor hygiene habits, long-term application of broad-spectrum antibiotics, and receiving large amounts of estrogen therapy. Patients may experience symptoms such as vulvar itching, fidgeting, painful intercourse, painful urination, increased vaginal discharge, and the leucorrhea is milky or bean curd-like, and in a few cases, the vaginal discharge may have a foul odor. In severe cases, there may be redness and swelling of the vaginal mucosa and white masses on the inner labia minora and vaginal mucosa. Patients need to do physical examination, smear of vaginal discharge, pH measurement of vaginal discharge and other related tests in order to clarify the cause of the disease. Before treatment, the doctor will determine whether the mycosis is simple or complicated and treat the patient differently according to the type. In daily life, patients should pay attention to personal hygiene and wash their private parts with warm water every night before going to bed. In addition, try to choose cotton underwear, and change and wash them regularly.
