4. Local inflammatory response: inflammatory response to the follicle wall damage rupture, various follicular contents overflow into the dermis caused by the follicle sebaceous gland unit of inflammation around the follicle, appearing from inflammatory papules to cystic damage of a series of clinical manifestations.
