Femoral head necrosis is a common and frequent disease, and most patients have hip pain and limited mobility. Most patients and medical institutions currently focus their treatment on the treatment of the femoral head bones. However, some patients are clinically found to have osteonecrosis of the femoral head due to other diseases, and the patients do not suffer any pain and their daily life is not affected. This indicates that skeletal lesions do not cause pain. According to this situation, combined with the current theory of soft tissue surgery – pain comes from the soft tissue lesion around the hip joint, we carry out soft tissue closure and release around the hip joint to treat femoral head necrosis, to achieve the purpose of loosening the soft tissue and improving the blood flow of the femoral head so as to promote the repair of the femoral head. We have achieved excellent clinical results. Patients with limited hip extension and flexion, abduction and adduction and soft tissue contracture can be closed and released.
