Bleeding in early pregnancy, need to go to the hospital for pelvic ultrasound or chorionic gonadotropin (i.e. HCG) examination, according to the results of the examination to give the appropriate treatment, mainly including birth control, abortion, conservative or surgical treatment and dynamic review.
1. Ultrasound examination of the embryo is well developed, bleeding is considered to be preeclampsia, absolute bed rest is required, and take medication to protect the fetus, such as dextroprogesterone, and so on.
2. Ultrasound examination of the gestational sac is large, no embryonic bud pulsation, consider the embryo stops developing, need to perform abortion to terminate the pregnancy.
3. Ultrasound examination is not intrauterine pregnancy but ectopic pregnancy, need to be immediately hospitalized, conservative treatment or surgical treatment.
4. Ultrasound examination of intrauterine and extrauterine pregnancy did not find the gestational sac, need to combine with HCG, and dynamic observation of HCG changes, such as the gradual decline of HCG, may be a biochemical pregnancy, no special treatment for the time being.
