Symptoms of bile reflux gastritis include abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, vomiting, and mood changes.
1. Abdominal pain: patients with bile reflux gastritis will experience pain in the upper and middle abdomen, which manifests as a burning sensation in the stomach and is often irregular. As well as swallowing discomfort, obstruction when swallowing and other symptoms, can be aggravated after meals.
2. Abdominal bloating: patients with bile reflux gastritis may experience a feeling of fullness in the abdomen due to impaired gastric emptying, which may be accompanied by a feeling of hunger and a feeling of fullness soon after eating.
3. Nausea and vomiting: patients with bile reflux gastritis often experience nausea and vomiting, with yellow-green bile in the vomit, which may occur suddenly in the evening or in the middle of the night, and may also contain food and blood components.
4. Emotional changes: some patients may have symptoms such as upset, insomnia and depression.
Once patients have symptoms of suspected bile reflux gastritis, they should go to regular hospitals and undergo relevant examinations so as to clarify the cause of the disease.
