Heel pain is not necessarily gout. Heel pain is also known as achalasia, in addition to gout, clinically there are many other diseases that can lead to heel pain, such as metatarsal tendonitis, achalasia fat pad atrophy and so on. Patients due to long-term standing, walking, weight-bearing, etc., can lead to inflammatory reaction of the toe tendon membrane, induced heel pain; heel fat pad atrophy patients, the heel area of the skin and subcutaneous tissue thinning, decreased elasticity, walking activities can also be induced after heel pain. Therefore, heel pain is not a specific symptom of gout, heel pain does not necessarily mean gout.
