Difference between eczema acuminata and pearl jane

Condyloma acuminatum is a common sexually transmitted disease in dermatology, whereas pearly papules are, in many men, more normal physiological phenomena that appear as multiple tiny papules in the coronal area of the penis, so essentially there is a strict distinction between the two. The main clinical manifestation of condyloma acuminata is the appearance of cauliflower-shaped or wart-like papules in the glans, urethra or even perianal areas, which tend to be larger and develop rapidly. So, there is a big difference between the two. In addition, condyloma acuminatum is positive when tested for white acetate, while pearly eruptions are not abnormal.
