How is pediatric pancreatitis treated?

Pediatric pancreatitis teaches adults less, mostly acute attacks, manifesting as abdominal pain, vomiting, etc. The causes of the onset are mostly related to infection, overeating, and congenital malformations. If the attack of pancreatitis is simple, it is often cured after regular treatment in internal medicine. If there are repeated attacks, there may be congenital malformations, commonly known as abnormalities in the intersection of the pancreatic and biliary ducts. Ultrasound measurement of the pancreatic duct and bile duct, MRI of the pancreatic duct and bile duct, and if necessary, endoscopic retrograde cholangiography are the preferred methods of examination. After diagnosis, surgical treatment is required.
