Has papillary cell carcinoma of the kidney metastasized to the pancreas?

Metastasis to the pancreas is possible, but relatively unlikely, with papillary cell carcinoma of the kidney. Renal cancers are malignant tumors originating from the epithelial system of the renal tubules, while clear cell carcinoma accounts for about the majority of them, accounting for about 85% of renal malignancies. Some studies claim that 65% of patients with renal cancer have limited lesions, while metastases are present in 16% of patients. The organ incidence of metastasis was 48 .4% for lung metastasis, 23.2% for bone metastasis, 12.9% for liver metastasis, 5.2% for adrenal metastasis, 1.9% for skin metastasis, 1.3% for brain metastasis, and 7.10% for other sites in that order. Renal cell carcinoma combined with pancreatic metastasis is rare, but there are related case reports in China, and some studies say that there are only about one hundred related case reports in China. Patients with papillary cell carcinoma of kidney should actively consult the doctor, should follow the standard treatment under the guidance of physician, and should cooperate with the doctor for treatment to prevent the metastatic spread of cancer cells.
