Complete right bundle branch block is usually less severe. Complete right bundle branch block is a relatively common type of arrhythmia that usually has no specific symptoms and is most often detected during physical examination. Since the left ventricle is the main blood supply to the heart and the right ventricle is relatively less important in the overall blood supply system, there is no need to be overly concerned when a complete right bundle branch block occurs. If it is caused by organic heart disease, it should be treated actively for heart disease; if it is not caused by organic heart disease, it will not have any effect on the normal heart function of human body and no intervention is needed. If complete right bundle branch block is caused by insufficient blood supply to the heart, acute myocarditis, or heart failure, the original cause should be treated. For complete right bundle branch block, there are no specific medications available, but treatment of the cause and the primary cause, such as cold, electrolyte disorders or hyperthyroidism, anemia, etc., is sufficient.
