How do patients recover after minimally invasive surgery?

Rehabilitation treatment considerations include: Days 1-3 1. Control postoperative pain and prevent postoperative complications. 2, bed rest, assistance with axial turning, psychological counseling and health education, active movement training of the upper and lower limbs in bed, gradual straight leg raising training, lumbar extensor isometric contraction training. Those with obvious relief of symptoms can wear lumbar circumference bedside standing training. 3. Check the sensory and motor changes of the lower limbs. Train in such a way that the symptoms are not significantly aggravated. Avoid violent straight leg raising. Use analgesic drugs if necessary. Those whose symptoms are not aggravated after surgery enter the next phase of training. Day 3-7 1. Control lumbar activities, carry out functional rehabilitation training of extremities, and carry out rehabilitation education. 2.Active movement training of upper and lower limbs in bed, gradually carry out straight leg raising training and supine lumbar extensor training, can wear a lumbar girth and apply walking arrogance to perform bedside standing and indoor walking. 3.Avoid lumbar loading and bending, instruct sitting posture, apply analgesics if necessary. Week 2 1.Control the lumbar activities, carry out muscle strength strengthening training of the limbs and trunk. 2.Provide upper and lower limb muscle strengthening training, straight leg raising and lumbar extension/flexion training gradually, and gradually leave the window under the protection of lumbar circumference. Keep the waist forward when sitting and standing, avoid bending activities, avoid prolonged sitting, prolonged standing and physical labor. Weeks 3-6 1. Gradually complete daily activities independently. 2.Train as above, gradually participate in daily activities and work under the protection of waist circumference. Week 6-8 Independently complete daily activities, gradually participate in general work, and perform imaging examination if necessary. Each person’s physical condition, severity of the disease, and the process of recovery are different. Most patients do not completely disappear after surgery, but need to go through a period of time to relieve the symptoms.
