Intraductal papilloma (or aneurysm) is a common cause of nipple discharge, and conventional excision of glandular lobes or segments with adipose tissue through an areolar incision or radial incision results in a large local defect, causing a large change in breast appearance. The use of lumpectomy-assisted techniques for solid lobe or segment excision through an areolar incision can guarantee complete lobe or segment excision under stain indication, avoiding residual lesions and excessive fatty tissue removal, which is more helpful in maintaining the appearance of the breast. If the lesion is extensive, autologous glandular lobe volume translocation plastic surgery technique can be used at the same time to do a one-stage reconstruction of the defective area and improve the appearance of the breast.
