Is chest tightness a new type of coronary pneumonia

Patients with novel coronary pneumonia may have an “atypical” onset of symptoms, and some may have cardiovascular symptoms as the first sign, such as chest tightness. However, chest tightness alone cannot determine the presence of novel coronary pneumonia. The diagnosis of novel coronary pneumonia requires a combination of clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, and chest imaging before a final conclusion can be made. The main symptoms of novel coronary pneumonia include fever, malaise, dry cough, and gradually dyspnea; some patients may have a mild onset of symptoms and may even have no significant fever.
