Fetal movement is not measured in minutes, under normal circumstances, fetal movement should be 3-5 times per hour. Fetal movement mainly refers to the activity of the fetus in the uterine cavity against the uterine wall of the pregnant woman, which in turn can be felt on the surface of the abdomen fluctuations, generally can be used to determine the existence of intrauterine oxygen deficiency of the fetus. Fetal movement counting is more subjective, and most pregnant women can only perceive about 1/3 of the actual fetal movement. If the fluctuations are continuous, they are counted as a single movement. If there is a period of time between movements, it is counted as several movements. Fetal movements should be 3-5 times per hour, and the number of movements should be more than 30 every 12 hours. It is recommended that pregnant women should have 3 times of fetal movement in the morning, midday and evening every day, each time for 1 hour, and multiply the number of fetal movements in 3 hours by 4, i.e., the number of movements in 12 hours, if it reaches more than 30 times, it means that the fetal movement is good. However, if there is frequent fetal movement or fetal movement is reduced, it suggests that the fetus may be hypoxic. Therefore, once abnormal fetal movement is detected, pregnant women should rest immediately, and those who are not relieved by resting should consult a doctor in time.
