In our usual work, we found that many patients with frozen shoulder were basically relieved of all kinds of pain after the “intensive silver needle treatment + manual release” treatment. However, some time after discharge from the hospital, many patients said that their pain was recurring when they came for follow-up consultation or when we followed up with them by phone, that is, they did not understand why they could not do it after discharge from the hospital when the effect was obviously very good just after the surgery. The reason for this is that many patients do not have timely functional exercise. Many patients think that all kinds of pain basically disappeared after treatment and feel that everything is fine, and they actually forget what we specially instructed when they were discharged from the hospital: exercise with pain, early – the first exercise after treatment, moderate – -a moderate amount of exercise every day, adhere – adhere to the end not to relax. Functional exercise methods: 1. Door frame pulling method: The patient stands, holds the door frame with the affected shoulder side hand, gradually squats, and pulls the shoulder joint with his own body weight, repeated several times, the amplitude from small to large. 2.Lift up and hang down method: Tie a towel to the door frame or tree branch, tighten the wrist, lift the affected limb as high as possible, and then do squatting movements. The number of times, strength should be measured, gradual (in severe pain period should be done less appropriate). 3, back rub method: take an upright position, two feet apart and shoulder width. Put a long towel on the shoulders, the affected limbs put behind, hands grasp the ends of the towel, the front hand in front of the chest pull forward and down, the other hand and then pull back, repeatedly pull as in the bath back rubbing, the number of times is not limited. 4, pull rope method: the pulley (available hard cylinder instead) fixed in the door frame, rope from the pulley (or cylinder) through, hands grasp the ends of the rope, gradually increase the force, drive the affected limb activities, pull 50 ~ 100 times a day, and gradually increase the number of times. 5, pick the star for the bucket: the right foot in front, the left foot in the back into a ding-zi stance, two knees straight, left hand clenched fist, flex the left elbow, the left fist placed behind the waist, the right hand raised above the head, palm back towards the sky, five fingers naturally slightly flexed, elbow slightly flexed, eyes on the right palm, then the right hand placed behind the waist, the left hand raised above the head, back and forth practice. 6, young birds foraging: two feet open, the distance is the same width as the shoulders, the two arms hanging down. Bend elbows up, two palms and forearms level, lift to the chest and shoulder level, palms down, two palms pressed down hard, to two arms straight for the degree.
