What are the symptoms that characterize coldness

Heavy coldness is mostly caused by spleen and kidney yang deficiency (deficiency of yang qi in the spleen and kidneys), the characteristics of which need to be judged comprehensively from clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse. 1. Clinical symptoms: patients show fear of cold, cold hands and feet, diarrhea, cold pain in the joints of the limbs, aggravated by cold, women will show dysmenorrhea, delayed menstruation, thin and watery diarrhea, and many patients will show low immunity due to deficiency of yang qi and catch cold easily. 2. Tongue: pale tongue color, fat tongue or teeth marks, thin white or slippery tongue coating. 3. Pulse: Sullen and weak pulse, pulse junction (discontinuous pulse beat with intermittent intervals). Coldness should be judged by the physician’s four diagnostic methods. Patients with the above discomforts should consult a doctor in a timely manner and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of a professional physician.
